Commonly used for dried, smoked, cooked, Salamis, summer sausages, capicollo. These fibrous casings are smokeable and bake able and can be put in a water bath. Each casing holds approximate 8.5 - 9 pounds / 4 kg of meat. To use soak in warm water for approximate 30 min before use, fill as normal.
