Hot Italian sausage has the traditional flavour, with a nice boost of heat. Great on a bun, or with your favourite pastas. Not hot enough? Consider adding some more crushed chilles or cayenne.
A complete sausage mix that will make upto 23lbs (10 kgs) of sausage. Use your favourite ground meat and add 2lb ( approx. 1 Liter ) of ice cold water.
