Instructions & Batch Size:

  • The Mix: One 227g bag seasons 23 lbs (10.5 kg) of meat and 2 lbs (900 ml) of ice-cold water.
  • Small Batches: If you aren't making a full 23 lbs, use a ratio of 20g of seasoning per 1 kg of meat.
  • Preparation: Mix the entire contents with your meat and water/ice until the mixture becomes tacky. Stuff into small collagen casings for breakfast links or form into patties.
