Mexican Chorizo (Gluten Free) – A Mexican favourite! This blend delivers lots of traditional flavor and vibrant color with a nice heat level. Perfect for breakfast hashes, tacos, or traditional sausages.

Customization Tips: For a unique twist, try substituting white wine for a portion of the water, or add smoked red paprika for extra depth. If you prefer more heat, simply add crushed chilies, cayenne, or your favorite hot peppers to the mix.

Pro Tip: To create a delicious "Chorizo & Cheese" sausage, we highly recommend adding our Hi-Temp Diced Cheese. It holds its shape perfectly and doesn't melt away during cooking!

Instructions & Batch Size:

• Mixing: One 680g bag seasons 23 lbs (10 kg) of meat and 2 lbs (1 liter) of ice-cold water.
• Ratio: Usage is 60g of seasoning per 1kg of meat and 80g of water per 1kg of meat.
• Preparation: Grind your choice of meat (beef, pork, or wild game) to your desired coarseness. Mix thoroughly until the meat becomes tacky, then stuff as desired.
