Traditional Landjaeger seasoning mix, commonly made into an air dried sausage simlar to a salame. 
For air drying it is recommended to use our MondoStart SP (mild culture), sold seperately.
Package makes 10kgs of your favourite meat and includes a package of Nitricure Cure #1, requires more careful consideration of the quality of fat used. Loose and squishy fats are not recommended
