Sold in packages of 10,  Novatone Coloured,  tied with loop
Commonly used for dried, smoked, cooked, Salamis, Summer Sausage, Air Dried Salami. These fibrous casings are smokeable, cookable, bakeable and Air Dried, they can be put in a water bath. Each casing holds approximately 1.6kg / 3.6lb  of meat. To use soak in warm water for approximate 30 min before use, fill as normal.
