All Purpose Meat Binder - For those that enjoy making their own sausages, we have the separate ingredients all your sausage making needs. Binders are used to absorb moisture, water and fat binding in sausages. Use 5 to 7% of this product for locking up fat and water. This product contains approx 15% of salt.
