Jalapeno Smokie - A favourite of our customers, typical smokie taste with the extra added taste of jalapenos!  Tasty and a sausage that the whole family will enjoy.

Add contents of the bag with 23 lbs of meat and 2 lbs of water/ice. Cut or grind meat to desired coarseness and mix all ingredients thoroughly. Usage is 52gr/kg and add 80gr/kg of water. Cure packed seperately inside.
