Cabanossi a very popular European meat stick sausage, with a noticeable spicey garlic flavour. ? Commonly prepared in casing 23mm or smaller, smoked, cooked and/or air dried to the chewiness that you like.

Use your favourite meat, game, beef, pork or lamb. 

Usage: use the contents of the bag with 23 lbs of meat and 2 lb of water/ice. Cut or grind meat to desired courseness and mix all ingredients throughly.
