Boerworst Sausage Mix - The South African Farmers Sausage

Enjoy a wonderful and unique taste, this popular sausage is spiced with coriander, a hit of cloves and vinegar.

Mix contents of the bag with 22 lbs of meat and 2 lbs of ice cold water.

Grind or mince your choice meat (beef and/or pork, some wild game if you wish) to desired coarseness. We suggest somehwehere between 25 and 30% back fat and mix all ingredients thoroughly.

Stuff into coils or links, allow stuffed sausage to rest for a day, pack as any other fresh sausage, we like it grilled on a BBQ.
