Mondostart Classic - for curing and fermenting sausage.  Used with Fremento to create that old world fermented sausage taste, lowers the PH of the sausage and adds a medium tart flavour. Mild to medium tart flavour

Use for 25 g for 40 to 50 kg of meat.
