Sold in packages of 10,  Novatone Coloured,  tied with loop.

Commonly used for dried, smoked, cooked, Salamis, Summer sausage, Headcheese, Capocollo. These fibrous casings are smokeable, cookable and bakeable and can be put in a water bath. Each casing holds approximately 4 kg / 8.8 of meat. To use soak in luke warm water for approximate 30 min before use, fill as normal.
