Commonly used for dried, smoked, cooked, Salamis, Summer Sausage, capicollo. These fibrous casings are smokeable and bakeable and can be put in a water bath. Each casing holds approximate 2 pounds / 1 kg of meat. To use soak in warm water for approximate 30 min before use, fill as normal.
