Nitricure - Sodiun Nitrite, Cure #1, commonly used for curing agent for whole muscle meat and ground meat that is going to be smoked or dry cured. It is an anit-oxidant it blocks the growth of botulism-causing bacteria and prevents spoilage.
This is blended product mixed with salt, usage is 3-gms per kg you must still add salt.
