Fibrous Casing - 47mm Garlic Coil - Smokeable/Bakeable

Each package is approx 20 Metres long with a diameter of 47mm. Makes approx 30 Kg / 65lb of meat, smokable and cookable, fibourous casing should be soaked in room temperature water for approx 20-30 min before use. in a 15% salt water solution. Don't over fill. Cook carefully, do not go over 75 Deg C (167 Deg F) Casing may split if not soaked properly or cooked to hot
