Ham, Pepper and Garlic GF 600gr

If you like Ham Sausage or Garlic Sausage this sausage mix is for you, gluten free to boot. We have blended the 2 together and added a generous dose of pepper, the best of both worlds. Try adding our Hi-Temp No Melt Cheese. Grind your meat to the size you like, mix thoroughly and stuff in your favourite casing, from hog to fibrous casing for sausage slices. For the bigger sausage add a larger pieces of the back leg to give it the ham sausage look and feel.
