Our Fresh Beef and Onion Sausage mix is perfectly balanced with a hint of onion to boost the natural flavor of the meat. Formulated with rice flour as a gluten-free binder, this blend is ideal for family BBQs and casual dinners.

Mixing Instructions:

• Yield: Use the full 555g bag for 22 lbs (10 kg) of meat.
• Liquid: Add 3 lbs (1.4 liters) of ice-cold water or ice.
• Prep: Grind your beef (or meat blend) to your preferred coarseness.
• Finish: Mix all ingredients thoroughly until the meat is "sticky" before stuffing into casings or forming into patties.
