This 3 in 1 attachment, for the #5, #8, #12, #22, and #32 Grinders, is able to easily make patties 3/8" thick, and it also makes snack sticks, jerky maker. It comes with:

Adapter collar,Head and chute, 1 patty plate 3/8", 1 jerky plate  ( 3 slots), 1 snack stick plate ( 4 hole, 1/2" dia), 1 roll of paper, and a pair of scissors.
