How is my order shipped and what does it cost?

Shipping charges are estimated by the webstore once the order has been completed. If you are not sure about the shipping charge quote please complete your order using E-transfer as the method to pay (no commitment to pay). We will receive your order and will check with the couriers we use for the shipping charges to see how close they were to the webstore shipping estimate. We will be in touch if there is a significant discrepancy in shipping costs

The delivery standard for this service is between 1 to 7 business days between all major centers.

NOTE: Additional Shipping Charges apply to orders being shipped to the NWT, YK, NU and some rural or remote locations in Canada as well as on over sized or heavy items indicated by the or - Additional Shipping Item symbols.

Please call or email to discuss other methods of shipping to see if we are able to accommodate your requests.

Our website will attempt to calculate accurate shipping charges. These are only an estimate of shipping fees. We reserve the right to apply actual shipping fees at the time your order is processed.

When will my order be shipped?

In-stock merchandise is shipped generaly Wednesday and Fridays. Orders received after that, or on weekends or holidays, are generally shipped Wednesdays. A tracking # will be sent to you via email.

Do you ship to the US or to other International destinations?

Currently we are only shipping within Canada.

Cancellations:
If you decide to cancel your order that you have already paid for please contact us right away to advise and update us. A refund can be considered minus any non-refundable fees that have been been charged to DnR by the payment processors. If your package has been shipped please refer to Returns and Restocking Fees.

What if I want to return an item?

Should you find it necessary to return an item, please call us first. All returns should be properly packaged to avoid damage and should include all original boxes and paperwork to receive a refund, replacement or credit. Shipping fees are not refundable, unless, of course, you are returning defective merchandise or merchandise we sent in error.

Restocking Fees: 
If you want to simply return an item, please contact us first. A restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price will be applied, shipping is non-refundable. The item(s) must be in original as new condition, including the packaging. The item(s) will be inspected before considering any refund. You will be contacted by DnR Staff. 

What do I do if a product breaks or doesn't preform as promised?

Keep all warranties and owner's manuals you receive with your merchandise. In the event an item becomes defective or just doesn't live up to your expectations, please refer to the warranty information you received for proper handling procedures.
