18" Heavy Duty butcher paper (freezer wrap) holder. It is both a cutter and a dispenser. The cutting blade (reversible) with both a smooth and serrated blade. Very sturdy construction, comes with rubber feet for the counter top or use the screws for wall mounting the unit. This unit is very sturdy and a big step up from the old gray thin metal scissor style from the old days.
