Making smaller amounts of sausage? DnR sausage Supplies now carries natural hog casing that is already on a plastic tube (3) for easier use. Each package makes approx 25kgs (50-60 Lbs) per bundle and each strand does approx.  16-20 lb. 

Tip; 1 mtr of casing holds approx. 1/2 kg (1lb) of sausage meat
