Making smaller amounts of sausage? DnR sausage Supplies now carries natural hog casing that is already on a plastic tube for easier use. Each tube does approx.  16-20 lb. 

Tip; 1 mtr of casing holds approx. 1/2 kg (1lb) of sausage meat

This a fresh product, packed in salt, stores well, has a reasonably long shelf life, keep refrigerated.
